Daphne Taras is dean of the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan.
Her books include Nonunion Employee Representation; the fourth and fifth editions of the leading text Union-Management Relations in Canada; and Information Technology and the World of Work.
Taras holds a bachelor's degree from York University, a master's degree in political science from Duke University an MBA and doctorate in industrial relations, both from the University of Calgary.
