Fidan Ana Kurtulus is an assistant professor of economics at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Her research explores a number of topics in labor economics, including the organization of workers within firms, workplace diversity, impact of affirmative action in employment, participatory workplace practices and employee ownership.
Kurtulus received her bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago and her doctorate from Cornell University, both in economics. She is topic leader of the EPRN Equal Employment Opportunity research cluster.
