Kevin Hallock is chairman and professor of the Department of Labor Economics and professor in the Department of Human Resource Studies, and director of the Institute for Compensation Studies at Cornell University's ILR School.
His current research is focused on labor economics, compensation, human resource management and corporate finance. He has written extensively on executive compensation in the for-profit and nonprofit worlds.
His other areas of expertise include discrimination, incentives and performance, wage differentials an inequality and education (organizations and systems).
He earned his doctorate and master's degrees in economics from Princeton University, his bachelor's degree summa cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
