Paul F. Clark is professor and head of the Department of Labor Studies and Employment Relations at Pennsylvania State University.
Clark's research interests include employment relations in the U.S. healthcare industry; the globalization of the labor market for healthcare professionals; union structure, government and administration; and union member commitment and participation.
He is the author or eidtor of four books, including Building More Effective Unions, published by Cornell ILR Press in 2001.
Clark received his bachelor's degree in economic history from Bucknell University, his master's degree in industrial and labor relations and his doctorate in public administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
