Wayne F. Cascio's picture

Wayne F. Cascio holds the Robert H. Reynolds Chair in Global Leadership and Management at the Univeristy of Colorado Denver Business School.

His areas of expertise include staffing, training, performance management, compensation, organizational restructuring and the economic impact of human resource activities.

His books include Managing Human Resources: Productivity, Quality of Work Life, Profits (8th edition, 2010); Applied Psychology in Human Resource Management (7th edition, with H. Aguinis, 2011); Employment downsizing and its alternatives: Strategies for Long-term Success. (2010); and Responsible Restructuring: Creative and Profitable Alternatives to Layoffs (2002).

Cascio is a fellow of the American Psychological Association, the Academy of Management ant the National Academy of Human Resources. He has been a visiting professor at universities in Singapore, Hawaii, Geneva (Switzerland), Rotterdam, Hong Kong, Australia as well as the Wharton School, the University of California, Berkeley; and Florida International University.
